I just had one of the best dining experiences at Burger 21, and it’s all thanks to Curtis! From the moment I sat down, Curtis was on top of everything—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It’s rare these days to find someone who goes above and beyond, but Curtis did exactly that. Not only was the food absolutely delicious (seriously, the burgers and fries were on point), but Curtis made the whole experience even better. He checked in the perfect amount, made sure everything was just right, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. You can tell that Curtis really takes pride in his work and cares about his guests. If you’re coming to Burger 21, do yourself a favor and ask for Curtis. He’s the type of server that makes you want to come back again and again. Management—please recognize Curtis for the amazing job he’s doing. This was hands down the best service I’ve had in a long time, and it’s because of Curtis!

Nice food truck experience at the sun n fun airshow. The burgers were juicy and full of topping. The fries were great! I’d definitely swing by one of there formal locations, when I’m in the area

My family and I (there were six of us!) recently had a fantastic meal at Burger 21. The customer service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. Here's the breakdown: Pros: Delicious Food: The burgers were a big hit, and everyone raved about the chicken sandwich as well. Great Service: The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure our dining experience was enjoyable. Marshmallow Sauce: This deserves its own shoutout! It sounds unexpected, but it was phenomenal. Con: Limited Fry Options: This was a bit of a disappointment. They no longer offer a shareable option that combines sweet potato fries and regular fries. If you want both, you have to order them separately, which ends up costing more. Overall: Burger 21 is a great spot for a casual and delicious meal. While the limited fry options are a small drawback, the fantastic food, friendly service, and phenomenal marshmallow sauce make it a worthwhile visit. Definitely recommend the fried chicken sandwich!

The Tex mex burger was very salty, for comparison I enjoy salty food. I almost couldn’t finish the burger! The burger was cooked to med and was cooked perfectly. The toppings were great, fresh guacamole was bright green. Bun was soft but was also toasted on the underside perfectly. I would probably come back but like I said very salty!

I had a nice lunch at Burger 21 today. The store was nice and clean and the hot dogs and fries I got was pretty good, and as always I love the chocolate chip cookies. Abbi did a great job of taking care of me today. She had a great attitude and made sure I had everything I needed. I will be back.

Love this location! I come here way too much because it’s one of the only GF options in the plaza. Service is always quick and great. The staff is SO friendly! Never a bad experience.

My wife's favorite burger joint. Why? Buns are soft & warm. Beef is hot & juicy. Fries are always fresh & crispy. The shakes, including the Key Lime Pie I just had, are always somewhere between really good and really kinda too good for a place like this. It could sell for double. The staff is always friendly and efficient, and maybe the best part.... drumroll.... is that they brought back their dipping sauce bar, which gives us a wonderful selection of 8 flavors of sauces for our burgers and fries! Thank you!

This place has a great atmosphere about it. With a nice dining room inside and plenty of tables on a patio outside with charming lights for a nice evening dining experience. I was greeted with a smiling staff. The menu is very simple with great choices, from burgers that can be customized. There are chicken choices for sandwiches and chicken tenders. You can get a choice of fries, regular or sweet potato fries. It didn't take long to get my order, and everything was made correctly. Once you get your meal, there is a counter with a place to get sauces for dipping or as a topping. There are 8 condiment pumps filled with sauces from ketchup and barbeque sauce to the famous "21 sauce." This place also offers shakes and cookies, for after the Burger experience, and the shakes are very tasty. I would definitely re-visit this place again, and I was pleased.
